Sao Martinho Beach Apartment was wonderful. It's spacious, clean, and has heaters/air conditioners in all of the rooms, including the hallway. It was a bit chilly in February, so it was great to be able to turn on the heat. There were plenty of towels, sheets, and extra blankets. It was great to be able to utilize an elevator; I really appreciated that feature. The building is safe and secure. The best thing about the apartment is the location--just a short walk to the beach and restaurants!

The hosts, Helene and Ricardo, were very, very accommodating and welcoming. The property itself has a view of the water. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, where it is possible to go for a 2km walk on beautiful sand. The property was extremely clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. All of the appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable. It was a perfect vacation accommodation.
