Location! It was close to almost everything like restaurants, transportation, parks, main tourist areas. Safe and quiet place. I will return next trip for sure. No mention the bonus of three bedroom for all family members.

Everything, the room was really nice, the entire place is fabulous and the breakfast was wonderful. Can't complain on anything because my stay was perfect! The place at the top where the guests can do breakfast and relax is set up perfectly, nice colors, nice tables and chairs to stay from morning to night! The owners are really nice they let us try everything from local cuisine during breakfast and talked a bit about the neighbourhood. If in the future I'll be back in Lima this place will be my first, second and third option among the ones I tried on my last trip!

Fernando and his wife are so nice people, they even extra bought butter for us, after we asked for it on the first morning. It's the little things, you know. Also the gave us directions and tips what we could do, to spent our days. We had dinner included, which was always super delicious, so I can recommend that too. Also I never slept in such a wide bed before, liked that sensation!

The room I had was perfectly cozy for 1 person as it was intended to be. Private wifi, TV with cable, sufficient power outlets available, hot shower. It was all neat and clean too. You also get access to the main/common room where you have a dining and living area with complimentary coffee and tea, hot and cold water dispenser. The hosts were very accommodating too and always available on WhatsApp for any questions. They even send you a list of places of interests and must try food in Miraflores. Not to mention the TOP location of this property. All was just lovely. Perfect first stop for a Peru trip.

It is a true family hostel. The owners are just more than lovely, super relaxed and friendly. A lovely homelike ambience and interior. The beds are super comfy, the place is really clean and the breakfast is great. I'm going to stay here again next time in Lima. Graciasss

Breakfast was fabulous. Very varied. It was difficult to decide what to eat as everything was great. We highlight the avocado sandwiches!!! The rooms were big with an exceptional kitchen which allowed us to have dinner there so that we didn´t have to go out every night. Location is great. Just one block from Larco Av. and 5 or 6 to Larcomar Shopping center. We highly recommend stopping at TANTA there. Food is great. Just opposite the Apart Hotel you have EL PUNTO AZUL another great place to have lunch or dinner. It is very popular so that we recommend that you get there early before 1pm to be sure to get a table. People at the hotel were very kind and helped us through in all we needed. If we return to Peru this is our spot.

The house is old but well maintained and overall absolutely incredible -- basically, you're staying in an art gallery and artist's home. Certainly a unique experience which we loved!
