Location is good. Very near to beach. The facility is very good. Especially the swimming pool is fantastic. Design of the house is quite nice.

Fantastic location (3 min walk from wadi shab starting point). Breathtaking view! Turtles swimming in the water! Nice pool, we enjoyed it. The man who welcomed us was nice, we had good breakfast and dinner as well one night. Rooms are big, the beds were clean and comfortable. We had to arrive a day earlier and the owner was flexible to accomodate is last minute. Thank you!

The best of the lodging was the receptionist. What a nice guy, always helpful and with a very hospitable smile on his face. Other than that, the place was nice, well located if you have a car (which I consider mandatory if you visit Oman).

Nice location with straight view of the sea and the corniche. clean rooms with simple interiors. kitchen was not found in a useable condition, but we didnt have any purpose either. the reception guy mohd iqbal was very friendly and supportive. walkable to the souq nearby and anywhere in the town. parking for a couple of cars available right in the front. Also big enough for two people for a couple of days.

very very old bed, blanket, towels, ..need all to buy new .. also toilet door is broken and stuck.. once close will not open.. need to be replaced.
