The place was very clean, modern and maintained well. The balcony has a nice view over the swimming pool and the resort. There are enough parking spaces. The compound is guarded 24/7 by cameras and personnel. It’s close to the amazing beach of Saïdia and the port of Marina where you have plenty of restaurants and bars. The house owner is well connected and can recommend you nice restaurant twhere you will be treated with much respect. The owner is always approachable for any questions through whatsapp and welcomes you personally to the accommodation. He speaks perfectly English.

We rented a similar apartment down the street at the beginning of the summer and this apartment was hands down the best. Our unit had a nice view of the beautiful pool and was quiet. Everything was neat and clean and we didn’t need anything other than food to stock the fridge because everything was provided. An absolute great place to relax and unwind, I will be booking here again in the future because of the great price and beautiful apartment. Highly recommended.
