L'apartament està dissenyat amb molt gust i molt ben amoblat. És realment molt gran. Té una terrassa també gran, maca i agradable. La cuina està molt ben equipada pel que fa a electrodomèstics (rentaplats, rentadora, forn, vitro...) L'apartament està en un complex privat. Les instal·lacions són molt noves, comfortables i ben cuidades.
