Everything is new, comfortable and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, there's parking, there's reliable internet, the rooms and bathrooms are quite well soundproofed, you are close to the beach and not very far from the old town. Gianluca was a wonderful host using Google translate to communicate more clearly with us. The room had a wee balcony with a distant sea view. Wow the breakfast was the best we have had in some time. You could use bikes or walk to the beach. Also Gianluca gave us a great rec for a meal.
