Everything is super clean and new and great quality, attention to detail. The wifi is strong and parking right close by. Mirko was very attentive and friendly and made everything smooth. Good quality place in a very cute town.

Great parking right outside the room. Nice clean room & very friendly host. Property is located just outside Vasto, between the town and the sea about 15 mins walk uphill to the town or downhill to the sea. For us, the location was perfect.

Fantastic location in the heart of Vasto and very close to the beautiful costa dei Trabocchi. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the beds very comfortable and the roof terrace is top for aperitivo, dinner, or anything you fancy. I highly recommend it.

Gianluca was a wonderful host using Google translate to communicate more clearly with us. The room had a wee balcony with a distant sea view. Wow the breakfast was the best we have had in some time. You could use bikes or walk to the beach. Also Gianluca gave us a great rec for a meal.

The owner has thought of every detail in making Palazzo Florio Boutique Residence luxurious! She is always available to assist in suggesting activities. The breakfast was incredible! The best I’ve had. Prepared beautifully with the freshest fruits and pastries. It is delivered to your room at a time specified by the guest. The location couldn’t be better! I have made 7 trips to Italy traveling from the north to the south, this is the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Staying at Plazzo Florio Boutique Residence is like staying at a 5-star hotel.
