This apartment is just perfect. It’s beautiful and clean and it has everything you may need. It’s close to the beach but it’s a bit far from the train station (around 15-20 min by foot). Be aware that all the nearby restaurants and shops are closed from 2 to 6 pm :))

The apartment is amazing, located very central, super clean and nicely furnished with many details and lots of love. Everything is high quality and Fred is an amazing host, the communication was easy and he was supportive in any moment. He even arranged an early check in that day and welcomed us with local specialities. The apartment really is out of the ordinary. We would stay there again any time.

The host, Federico gave us a lot of suggestions on where to go to eat or what attractions we could do in the area. The room was situated in a very quiet area. It is laying very centrally. We would definitely book again here when we are in the area. Absolutely great place to stay with a great host.

Location was perfect, very clean and was everything it said it was. Pictures accurate. Host was very responsive when there was a problem with the Air-conditioning and problem rectified quickly.

What a location! The town of Santa Margherita is so beautiful and this apartment is located right in the center. Everything is walkable. The space was ample, good floor plan, and everything was provided. Super clean! Incredible views and the hosts were very communicative!
