Everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good as well. The location is quiet but still close to the boat station and Venice old town, thus, perfect for both sightseeing and beach days.

Beautiful location right on the seafront. Ask for one of the upper floors to get a sea view! Petra is a lovely host and she kindly let us check in early. The room was comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated and the breakfast was great. The hotel is a quick bus ride from the boat terminal on the Lido and although there is a road outside, traffic is infrequent and is not a bother.

The house is very picturesque and recently renovated. You can feel the history but have access to all modern comfort. Room was large enough with 2 balconies and a lovely view. Bed was AMAZING, as was the shower! Walking distance to the boat. In 10-15 min you are in the heart of Venice! We find that Lido offers a much more relaxed and authentic vibe (less touristic), and a great place to have dinner away from the rush of Venice. The owner Sven is very helpful. He told us many interesting facts about Venice, what to visit and how to get there. This made a significant impact on our holiday. Please ask him for info when you visit! We highly recommend this place.

Le Serre del Lido is extremely green and beautiful space with a very gracious host and great rooms that have everything you might need. It is right opposite an amazing beach and is ten minutes walk from the ferry to everywhere in Venice. Will come again!

Obiekt położony jest na pięknej wyspie Lido, niedaleko przystanku. Właściciel sympatyczny z poczuciem humoru, dyspozycyjny codziennie w porannych godzinach. Sprawna komunikacja przez aplikacje, Francesco udzielił wielu pomocnych wskazówek dotyczących dotarcia do obiektu. W budynku dostępna jest jadalnia, która zapewnia gościom wykonanie śniadania z dostępnym produktów. Dla tych bardziej wymagających jest także lodówka w której można zostawić zakupione produkty.

Piękna willa z uroczym ogrodem. Pokój czysty i ładnie urządzony. Śniadanie w cenie bardzo dobre, podawane na dworze. Dom jest położony w świetnym miejscu blisko plaży oraz przystanku z łodziami do Wenecji. Byłam zachwycona tym miejscem. Dzięki darmowym rowerom urządzaliśmy sobie przejażdżki po cudownej wyspie. Polecam !

Stefano accommodated our every request, including early check-in, room-cleaning later in the day, personalized breakfast with fresh cappuccino for breakfast, and fresh beach-towels and beach umbrella for free.

Owners were very nice people, gave us precise directions how to find the house and what transport to use. it is little bit distant from main sightseeing sites, but easily reached by public transport within 30 mins, which in Venice is excellent and clear. Room were we stayed was in old Venetian style and it was super clean.

The villa itself is stunning, the apartment was very beautiful, large, comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. The dog was very sweet, I wish we saw her more :)  parking was super easy right on the street. About 10 minutes walk to the vaporetto to get to the center, so you’re close to everything and even closer to the Biennale.  We got fish at the local market and we were able to bake it at home, which was excellent. You are two minutes away from the beach. The weather was warm. We were even able to swim, it wasn’t too cold.  it was very nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had kitchen towels, dishwasher with dish tablets, and salt and some sugar, Nespresso machine, so you could bring or buy some spices if you plan to cook. Make sure you make it to the terrace on the roof, it’s such beautiful view ❤️ Thanks to Alessandra, the host, we got on the correct ferry that carries cars, the one from Tronchetto not Punta Sabbioni.

Our stay at this charming villa was a welcome escape from the bustling crowds of Venice's tourist center. Located in the idyllic setting of Lido, it offered a serene respite that allowed us leisurely evening strolls, a perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of every venecian art and architecture exhibition. The villa's beautiful garden was an inviting sanctuary, providing the ideal backdrop for sipping aperitivos and indulging in fine wines with freinds on warm oktober nights. The tranquility of this oasis was further complemented by the gracious host, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enrich our experience with warm hospitality, even at late hours. In short, this guesthouse receives our wholehearted endorsement, and sure does so to everyone, not only during the peak tourist season but also on misty October days. The lido is a visit well worth for everyone, not only the readers of Thomas Mann's literature.
