We had a wonderful time here waking up, going to sleep, having breakfast with some awesome views of the bay. Many restaurants nearby and you can walk to the centre through well maintained gardens with a part of the lane along the coast. I should also mention here that Pierfilipo is a very helpful host, we had problems with the hot water and the electrical connection because of the automation systems and he came in promptly at 11 in the night and resolved all issues, thanks again :)

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful family hotel and I must say, I was absolutely satisfied. From the first moment, I was charmed by the friendly and attentive staff who took care of all my needs and wishes. The hotel’s environment is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, which allowed me to truly relax and recharge. Every detail here was well thought out and contributed to my overall comfort. I really felt at home, thanks to the combination of all these factors. I want to thank all the staff for their care and professionalism, which made my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcome and can truly relax, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return here, and I believe that anyone who stays here will have as positive an experience as I did.

The hospitality of the hostess exceeded my expectations. A well-equipped apartment in a house near the sea at a good price, what more could a Central European ask for? :-) If there is an opportunity, we will definitely be happy to return.

this is a brand new, amazing apartment with everything you need, just steps to all of the best shopping restaurants and beach. it is in a beautiful quiet and safe area. the design and decoration are luxuriously whimsical. above all, the host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. the hospitality is one of the many reasons we have extended our stay and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely stunning location and HOST! My wife, myself and two kids (5 & 7 years old) travelled 16 days in Italy this time. Our last destination was supposed to be Viareggio but all of sudden my wife found this gem online! We had no idea about Castiglioncello but we liked the pics, description and reviews so all got booked for 4 nights! We drove from Florence 1hr 30m to get here which was a pleasant ride. Federico, the owner sent a msg right away. He was super responsive, helpful and passionate to make our stay more pleasant. Finally, I met him at Villa Lina in person and such a gentleman he is! He also gave us a great wine as a gift. Stefania met us at the gate upon arrival and showed us the parking spot. She is a lovely lady and very helpful. She gave us the transmitter (to open the gate) and keys. Easy access and we parked right in front of the building which was a great help to move in 5 luggages! We stayed on the main floor unit with a huge terrace facing the sea with great exposure. The place was clean and well equipped. Great three wall AC units which was a must in August here! Stefania kindly showed us the amenities. The best thing about this place is you are literally on the beach and with two kids, you can imagine how comfortable it is to go back and forth to the house in a few seconds! I had a rental car but never used it except the day we drove to Pisa. All restaurants, bar and Coop supermarket are within a few min walking distance. There is a path on waterfront which connects all amenities and you will find it interesting specially to walk at nights. We extended our stay another night so we ended up staying 6 days. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back here! Grazie Mille Federico/Stefania and ci vediamo dopo!
