The location was great. We can see the stunning view of Kirkjufell and just only 5 minute drive to the viewpoint. The room was clean, private, and well-equipped. The guesthouse is opposite to the Bjargarsteinn Mathús, the famous restaurant in Grundarfjörður.

The lady that runs it was very nice and helpful. Clean room. The kitchen had everything for cooking our own meal. Steep steps to go upstairs, but that seemed to be everywhere in Iceland:)

Quite simply the best accommodation and view in all of Grundarfjörður. Has the wow factor. i have stayed in other places in Grundarfjörður before and after staying here I now won’t book anywhere else. It is amazing.
