The hotel has a very good location - very close to the beach. You can leave your car in front of it as there are many parking spaces on the street. The hotel is made with quality materials and with the customers' comfort in mind. The window's insulation is very good and once you close them, you don't hear the traffic noise. You can also have a good night's sleep as there are rolling blinds that help keep the sun away. The breakfast is served in the room and it has a very good variety - every day it's something fresh and different. The staff is very polite and responds well to requests. Overall we had a very good stay at the hotel and I recommend it for a good stay at Neos Marmaras.

Highly recommended. The rooms are nice and clean with a sea view. Very good and friendly staff. Great arranged place on the roof with deck chairs, where you can watch the stars in the sky at evening.

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Suite on the 3rd top floor of this apartment building. Owner was talking to us only on arrival over the phone and explained to us how to enter the building and suite. And that's it. We never met and we loved that. Very intimate and professional. We only saw the housekeeping lady every day who cleaned our room. And she did a wonderful job. Room was very clean upon our arrival and during our whole stay, they refilled everyday complementary coffee capsules, bottles of water and tea bags, and changed old towels with fresh one. Room features a wonderful big terrace with a sea view, big screen TV with Netflix, air conditioning, refrigerator and a big shower. Centrally located and with private parking place 100 m from the apartment. Highly recommended for couples/friends. We stayed there at the end of April. The village Neos Marmaras was still almost empty of tourists and we loved that. Don't know how it is during peak summer months :)

I love the fact you have everything you need inside the camping so you don’t have to go anywhere. You can spend the entire holiday chilling at the beach. I love the table tennis and the playground.
