La habitación estaba impecable y el servicio fué extremadamente servicial con nosotros. El precio fue inferior al que habíamos pagado en otros hoteles de mucha menor calidad! El aparcamiento es fácil, está a 3min del paseo marítimo con lo q no se oyen los ruidos de los barcos. Tienen pequeños apartamentos muy bien equipados.

We stayed several nights at this seaview apartment in September. It is situated in a residential apartment block with a very handy lift. The apartment itself is a typically greek home and contains everything you need. Everything was in good working order and kept very clean. There is just one bedroom but it contains a double and a single bed. The sea view from the huge furnished balcony is stunning. Mike the owner was just fantastic when we foolishly locked ourselves out, performing a death defying stunt to gain access !! He did it with such kindness we were very grateful. There is an excellent taverna next to the apartment and several others within easy walking distance. We have stayed in Marmarion many times over the years but most hotels are a steep walk up from the village. Mike's apartment is right on the front near the port so perfect if you have lots of luggage or are less mobile.We will definitely return to this apartment next time we visit Marmarion. Thank you Mike for your wonderful and very brave help on that Sunday afternoon.

Exactly as it shows in the photos, clean and with many kitchen equipment (toaster, water kettle etc). There is air conditioning in all rooms and although it’s not needed as the breeze of the sea is enough it’s useful if needed. The management and owners were very responsive and proactive: a)we travelled with 2 kids and Katerina offered a temporary solution to child proof the balcony, b) provided additional clothes pegs when requested, washing machine working c) we had a post check-out adventure, forgetting something in the property, and everyone showed extreme understanding and helped us so much to retrieve it! We can’t be more thankful of our stay. We have already recommended it to friends and family. Evoia will surprise you and we can’t wait to come back even off season to explore the mountains and Greek nature.

The place is very tranquile and serene in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. The house has everything needed and the city is only 10' driving distance. The owners, who live downstairs, are very helpful and responsive yet discreet. There are windows all around leading to beautiful sea endless blue views. There are two private beaches where you descend from the house with crystal clear waters. Thank you everything for your stay, it was a marvelous vacation.
