The room was very clean and comfy! It is a bit small but is all you need for a small stay in Kalamata. Argyris was very polite and helpful and answered really quickly in any message we sent

Spacious, well appointed, clean, comfortable modern apartment right on the waterfront close to the restaurants and the beach. Great bathroom, separate kitchen. The balcony is a lovely feature. Ours looked onto the street which allowed a bird's eye view of the wonderful waterfront traffic below, mostly pedestrians and cyclists taking in the evening on the promenade. The restaurants and bars below are bustling and noisy, but the double glazed doors and windows completely cut the sound when we wanted to sleep, and the air conditioner works perfectly. The hosts generously helped us out with booking taxi's and offered a late check out on the day we left for Athens on a midday bus. I can't recommend this excellently run apartment enough.

The position is perfect. The staff are great, very helpful and a lovely bakery downstairs, perfect for your morning coffee and pastry on your balcony. 🙂

Absolutely fantastic. We booked last minute as we were passing through, ended up extending our stay to three nights. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach. We loved the basket of snacks and coffee that were in the room on arrival. The view was exceptional, so much so that we often had dinner on the balcony instead of going out, it was beautiful.

Amazing stay, the property is actually a small studio apartment with an open plan, and huge balcony that doubles the room size. I loved the amazing modern style of the room, it is small but amazingly planned so the stay was more comfortable than in huge apartments. Had everything even the washing machine

The owner was wonderful and so helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was so comfortable, shower and kitchen worked very well. The location was PERFECT! 5 min walk to the centre where we got to eat and shop. Taxi to the local beach was only about 8-10 minutes and costs sometimes less than 5 euros. We are so happy and will come again!

Everything!! It’s very clean and spacious. And I must mention that their bed is the most comfortable during our one week trip in Peloponnese, a big plus is that you can have washing machine to use. Will definitely come back again!
