Everything was perfect! Starting with the first day, when we met Andreas at the reception, a very kind and true person, with a will to help and to ensure that the hotel's guests are enjoying their vacation. Vangelis at the pool snack bar was very friendly and kind, as well and the entire staff was awesome! The location is good, close to all the main areas, the room was super clean, the food was great and Rosa (🐶) always welcomed us with a great "smile" 😊. Lovely comfortable accommodation. Gorgeous view of the sea. Just outside the port and old town so easy to access and walk to the centre. But the best part of the stay was the staff who were extremely helpful and nice. We were so sorry to leave!

The apartment had all the facilities needed, spacious and cosy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect if you’re planning to explore Crete with a car, apartments are close to main roads with not too much traffic.
