Location next to the main attractions and yet in a quiet area, no noise from the road. The apartments are new and beautifully furnished. The one we got was on 2 floors and very spacious, The bed is super comfortable, reminds me of Marriott mattresses (I have a delicate back and I travel a lot for work so I speak by experience) and Netflix was provided on the hotel account. The staff is very kind and smiling, happy to answer any question

The apartment is situated in a brand-new building, very modern and equipped with everything you might need. Excellent thermic and noise insulation, large windows. The A/C is effective. There is a parking al the location. You are few minutes from the Old City Centre by walking. The apartment is huge and has a beautiful terrace with proper furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or a drink. Everything is sparkling clean and there is a daily cleaning service. The receptionist was helpful and nice, providing all the information we need. They offer us a basket of fruits and a bottle of wine too. Definitely recommended.

Very clean at a great location, very close to the old harbor. Instructions were easy to follow. Noni was extremely helpful and pleasant. The restaurant recommendations were outstanding, we tried a seafood place and it was excellent. We will book into the Palazzo di Irene every time we come back to Chania.

Loved this apartment so much and will recommend to everyone to stay here when they come to Chania. Large loft style apartment with washer and outdoor terrace, made me feel like I was at home. I was working remotely, wifi was good and table set up made it very easy to work. Lounge area was nice to lay back and relax after a long day of exploring. Full kitchen as well. Location was great! Main bus station, just down the road and local bus (to get to other beaches - Bus 21) and taxi stand around the corner. Only about 5-10 min walk to reach the harbor where all the restaurants are located. Was easy to self check in and staff were great when I saw them.

We had a fantastic experience here! The room had everything (and more) that we needed, was cleaned to a great standard each day and the staff did all they could to guarantee us a comfortable and wonderful stay. They offered us a lovely breakfast service that included traditional food options for a very fair price which was very convenient and tasty! The jacuzzi was a great bonus!
