Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. The cottage is simply amazing. Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while on our visit to the South East of England. Will definitely be going back

EVERYTHING - this is the most amazing place we’ve ever been so far!! where to begin? the staff was most welcoming and lovely, the breakfast was delicious, so was the dinner, the woodburning fireplace, the pub, the surroundings, the cozy cozy rooms, the bathtub… well it is perfect!! stay here if you can, we will for sure come again!!

Very friendly welcome from host Gaynor, who went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. Comfortable and clean room, I appreciated the mini fridge and fan in the heatwave! Lots of breakfast choices which were excellent, highly recommended.

This beautiful house exceeded all my expectations. It was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of choices prepared at your order. Every evening I returned to my room to find a small cookie jar filled with freshly baked cookies. My bathroom was lovely with a deep soaker tub/shower and a heated towel bar was a bonus. The sheets were crisp and ironed and seemed to be changed daily! The host and hostess were wonderful and helpful in every way.

Beautiful guesthouse right by the sea and in easy walking distance to all Eastbourne has to offer. Lovely welcoming proprietors- and really loving added extras like the sleep easy pillow spray.
