The location is great, a few minutes from the sea. The owners of the house are wonderful people. If you speak French, you will find an interesting conversation. The breakfast was very nice. All in all we felt welcome.

Xavier was lovely and provided a beautiful breakfast each morning. Unfortunately my french is not great and each morning I kept responding that breakfast was ok. I thought Id been saying very good. Great access to sites and train station by bus. Many windows gave great air circulation in the apartment. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had what we needed.

My husband and I had a very nice stay at Emeraude, pleine vie de mer. The apartment was very clean, modern and was well equipped. There was parking included in the gated courtyard. We sat on the balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and enjoyed a glass of cider. It’s a 15 minute walk along the sea to St Malo. There are many wonderful restaurants located near the apartment and a small grocery store (superette proxisuper).
