Staff was excellent as they were always available and eager to make as comfortable from reception to the check out. Executive apartment has a large and clean bedroom. The living room is spacious - even better than in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and very well established. Apartment is a short walk to both to tram stop and central train station. Neighboorhood is vibrant with full of shops and eateries.

The location was great, the apartment was clean and the building had a very authentic feel. More importantly, Farida is simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, her warm smile instantly brightened my day. She’s been incredibly helpful throughout my stay. We are quite often in Nice , but it was out best stay till now. Family with 1 kid + grandmother. It was enough space for all , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area , sofa area :) location is great in the middle of everything ! And in Flat you have everything you need - including dryer ! Hopefully we will stay here one more time !

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

The place was impeccably clean, perfectly matched the pictures, and the host was incredibly kind, generous and always available to help! Both beds were super comfy, all necessary kitchen and bath essentials were included, and the building itself was secure and safe. The location was extraordinary and the views can’t compare to anything we’ve ever experienced before! The only downside was having to leave. Highly recommend for your visit to Nice.
