The location is between the tourist areas of Juan-les-Pins and Antibes, which is perfect for visiting both areas. Beaches are accessible at both areas within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is well equipped. Lots of towels were provided, and the apartment is nicely decorated. Good shower, and good air conditioning. The washing machine is very good. The host provided suggestions of restaurants and advice about getting to the Nice airport.

Everything was just perfect. We felt like home and this says a lot. Location was great, in a quiet place, the garden was big and was a good spot for relaxing. It is located near the beach, supermarkets, gasstation, bus station (in 20 min you are in Cannes and we payed 5,30 € for 3 persons). All of these are a few minutes away . Also the train station is not so far and you have direct train to Monte Carlo (50 min). Thank you once again ans we will definitely return here in the future

*Location* ⛵ The apartment is nicely located with only a three minute walk to the closest beach. It is a twelve minute walk to Juan-les-pins center along the Plage. It is a 2 minute walk away from a good supermarket and some nice cafes / restaurant. A walk to Antibes will take you 25 minutes or so. *Apartment* 👩‍🍳 Really nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable. There's a nice tv in the living room if you need one. The apartment has a good air-conditioning unit and although there is a busy enough road outside, the apartment is well insulated and the windows keep out noise in the evening. We planned on doing some cooking, the kitchen was well stocked and gave us what we needed. *Hosts* 🍷 We found the hosts to be friendly, accommodating and considerate. Their communication was excellent. *Value for money* 💵 We found the apartment excellent value for money and would happily stay again.

all mod coms. special touches like a douche/ shataf in toilet. Spices in kitchen cabinet, nice furniture, spacious balcony. spacious apartment. Huge Franprix supermarket 20 yards form the building. All amenities on doorstep.
