Nice place if you want to stay in Nassau for several days and don't want to pay $500 per night in resorts. I was staying there for 3 nights and everything was nice. Lynn is very friendly and helpful, she lives at the same house, always there to help with any question. At the same time, apartment has a private entrance and equipped with everything you might need.

This place is amazing. David was very helpful, day and night on the phone. House is very nicely decorated, clean. We loved this place and if we ever come back, we'll be happy to stay here again. The property was exceptionally clean and very well kept. Beyond this spotless cleanliness, the host, Andrea was the most welcoming, informative and (yet) laid back person. I had peace and space t lo just relax when I wanted, but could also rely on her for good tips and information about the area/island for various activities.

The location was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and shopping. The area has a lot of places to stop for a quick bite or a full meal. The host was very friendly and the keys were available when we arrived.
