The energy level of the staff at RR is amazing. Special mention to Umesh, Bawan and Fayaz from house keeping who worked with my schedule to keep the room tidy. But overall, everyone of the staff was great. This in stark contrast to the awful experience I had at my first hotel in Al Barsha. Even before I checked in, I had a positive impression of the hotel when they promptly arranged for early check-in on my request. I had earlier planned to stay my last week in Dubai at a different location, but being impressed with RR, I extended my stay after consulting Aziz at the front desk who diligently advised me on the options and made sure that extending was far better option than to move to the next location:) Whenever I'm going to return to Dubai, RR will have my booking.

Everything about it the hotel is unbelievably exceptional. The apartment space, interior, view, cleanliness is superb. The staff are very nice and professional. Avani is an absolute gem.

The design & room layout was really nice. Kitchen, washing equipments & bathroom was super nice, really comfortable to stay with my family. Location was super good, near marina & lots of small store surrounding. staffs were really helpfull & free valet parking services.

Didn’t eat breakfast . Naheem mall is several steps from the back door of the hotel. Makes it very convenient for dining and there are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I especially enjoyed the staff. They were absolutely wonderful and made their goal guest satisfaction. Shut out to the following staff members who I got their names or description of them to be identified: Aubrey Ocampo for emailing me and letting me know about payment. The Moroccan lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was very thorough and pleasant. She write her name in a card but ink smeared and became illegible. The tall front desk clerk with glasses who was ready to assist us when needed. Carolyne, front desk clerk whose genuine smile made me feel like I was in good hands All the room attendants that came to bring extra towels or answered questions on use of appliances. The two male from Nepal who reassured us that they would take care of the trash Finally, every staff member made us feel like we were VIP guest from the moment we checked in to the final check out.

The host and owner walid is the most friendliest person I have met. He was easy to connect with in checking in and supported my family and I with early check in and getting our luggage to the property. The property itself is spacious and near all the main attractions. Was perfect for the JBR New Year’s Eve fireworks. My kids also loved the pool area.
