Good location, it's only 10 minutes walk from the museums and there is a big supermarket nearby. The facilities are so well equipped that we could make breakfast by ourselves and did the laundry for several times during our 6 days' stay. There are 4 wash basins and 2 bathrooms (toilets), making it was even not crowded at all for 7 people's stay. The host is very nice and warm hearted that she strongly supported our stay in Charlotte. The cost-effectiveness is very high especially for multiple people's stay. It's my first trip to America, and I spent great days in this house.

All the instructions were given prior to the arrival including the check-out instructions. The condo was spacious for us. Neatly kept and just enough furniture for guests.
