Nelo is an awesome host. He provided me with information on where to eat and where to buy groceries. He even offered to pick me up at the bus stop so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain. The accommodations are very clean, secure, and right on the PR1 trail that leads to the Castillo and the other trails to the schist villages.

The room and the whole building are very cosy and charming. It is located in an strategic walkable place from the main interesting points of Coimbra. Despite of the fact there is no luggage store, his administrator was very friendly and allowed us to make an early check in just leave our luggage. Very efficient communication through Booking platform.

The location was good and the outside facilities were excellent , there being a spacious terrsace area with table and chairs, a sunbathing area with sun loungers and access to a small pleasant shared swimming pool. The apartment itself was well equipped.

The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, modern and very comfortable. Parking at the nearby Convent of San Francisco was free, easy and very close by. The fruit and pastries and beverages were a very welcome and pleasant surprise left by our host. The location was just across the river from the old city and very easy to access all the historical sites. Lots of restaurants were nearby. Good wifi. A lovely stay!

We recently stayed at this charming apartment in the historic district, and it was a lovely experience. The apartment is beautifully designed and located in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. Despite the rain, I could see the potential of the patio and garden, which I'm sure are wonderful in better weather. The kitchen was also excellent, well-equipped for cooking. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil retreat in the heart of the city.
