We absolutely loved our stay here, in our beautiful Verde apartment on the 4th floor. It was so roomy and light, lovely ambience and decor. Fabulous bathroom and kitchen. Anna our host, was superb! Lovely courtyard and entrance, a great first impression, in a gorgeous area with cafes, and a supermarket!

Babuino 79 is located in a 16th-century building in Rome's Spagna quarter. It offers self-catering accommodation, some with views of nearby Via Margutta. Great location, near to Spanish steps, few steps from shops. Room was clean, whith all that you might need, service above expectations, warm and friendly! They even put in the bed for my dog!

The Ripetta 25 Prestige Rooms is a modern guest house, 150 metres from Rome’s Piazza del Popolo and a 7-minute walk form the Spanish Steps. We just stayed at 25 Ripetta for 4 days 3 nights and it was amazing. Paul was very accommodating to pur little family's needs. From check in he offered anything to keep pur 1 year old safe in the room and provided so many snacks that he enjoyed and brought along in our trip. I highly recommend this property to families. Such a great location -literally in the middle of all tourist spots. Thanks Paul, from the Samsons.

Nearby the apartment is the medieval section, quaint with restaurants. 7 minute walk to begin the Lungomare walk leading to a dynamic piazza and further to a myriad of seafood restaurants. Civitavecchia is a most pleasant surprise.
