Dave met us on arrival and showed us how to use the access codes for the doors and also gave us some excellent information about the area and quickest routes to the Old Quebec tourist areas. Everything we needed and wanted to see was in easy walking distance. It was a very comfortable home base for our visit to Quebec City!!
