LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Right in the middle of the main signoria piazza square. Feels like being transported into a fairytale land. Laura, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, considerate and helpful. She provided us with information and links to all the best attractions in Florence and even the best restaurants to taste authentic Florentine food. Laura defines the essence of customer service excellence. We booked the executive suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the hard pillows but I personally loved them and had my best sleep so far in Italy.

    The location was perfect. You are near to the historic centre (10 mins from Accademia and Duomo) whilst also being next to local restaurants that don't feel too toursty. The flat is beautifully designed and has everything you might need for your stay. It felt clean, fresh and safe. Angelo was a great host. Great recommendations and fast replies - happy to help with anything we might have needed. We had a lovely stay. To be clear this isn't a hotel, it is a self catering apartment.

    Great space, really good size for a family of four (or two couples) and the two bathrooms was such a great bonus! The flat is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, but only one and getting our three suitcases up really wasn’t that difficult! Really clean and modern apartment. Great location for walking the city, with lots of good food choices within just a few minutes walk! We had a couple of small issues but Nicco our host went above and beyond to help us out! Thanks Nicco!

    Wonderful, quiet, loft apartment in a modern building just 15 minutes from the main train station in Florence and only half an hour from the Ponte Vecchio. Marian is a wonderful hostess who met me at the flat. She also gave some great sightseeing tips. It has 2 bathrooms, both with showers, but one with a bath too and this was most appreciated, as was the washing machine.

    Super helpful staff who provided information and advice to assist with our visit. Super clean, modern apartment, plenty of space to move about and balcony with laundry tub, compact kitchen for self catering with freezer that actually kept our tub of gelati frozen! Handy location close to shops, including pasticceria, supermarket and restaurants, and to the tram stop to access the airport or city centre.

    This apartment with terrace is exactly as pictured. The view of the terrace and location were amazing. The apartment also has everything you could need. The beds were comfy, and the third bedroom is more of a loft area but it is secluded. The living room area is very comfortable and a perfect place to relax after a long day in the city. The bathrooms were clean. The building is nice and clean, there is a lift that comes in handy for having the top floor flat. Would stay again!

    Best location ever! Right in the heart of the city, everything just a few minutes walk away (even grocery stores). The entire apartment is newly renovated with a nice functional kitchen with dining area, lovely bathroom, washing machine if needed, and most importantly Air Conditioning !!! Two wall units, one in the living area and one upstairs in the bedroom loft.. this is a luxury in the summer! And the building even has an elevator, 5 stars!!! Thank you!

    Very spacious studio apartment with all you need to be self catering if needed. Very clean & modern. Fabulous views from the roof top garden & comfortable seating areas. Just a 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence.

    I spent 3 peaceful nights in Emiliano's loft and could not have had a better rest. The flat is immaculately clean, tastefully renovated and has everything you need for a short stay.

    Really nice owners that share all the necessary information and make check-in very easy. The parking lot is a life saver for really good value for the money, I think it's the main benefit of this location on the outskirts of the ZTL, such a rare find!! The owners were very nice in letting us park the car throughout the next day, while we visited Florence. We had a big size studio apartment, right next to the parking lot.
