We chose to stay at the studio kocis on our last day in Santorini since we had an early flight in the morning and it was close to the airport. The hotel was nice, cool, and clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was the best! Our host was very friendly, helped us get food delivered and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning.if we stayed longer it would have been nice to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the area more. The facilities in the room were great. Had a nice fridge, coffe/tea station and beautiful bathroom. This family owned villa has so much potential!

Located just a stone's throw away from the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, convenience is at your doorstep. However, the pinnacle of this exquisite setting lies on the balcony of Rodothea and Adams by the beach, offering an unparalleled panoramic view of the mesmerizing sunset. The property was lovely, minimalistic and clean. The grounds/outside are well kept and considering the location being close to the airport - we barely heard/noticed the planes. A fantastic stay for us and the staff could not have been more helpful!

Firstly before we even arrived ,interaction with the host that contacted me via WhatsApp and asked if we need some assistance with transfer from the airport, send exact location to reach with a car and gave us a lot of recommendations about places to visit , so good vibes like you visit a friend and we travel a lot so it's not so obvious. The place very clean and cleaned every day,also wonderful pool area , normal wide parking ( something that also not so obvious in Santorini, that we studied from our second place in Vothon) acsesibility to the roads and sea Beach,,really liked Galini tavern, small supermarket with the basic products close to residence. Also we check out an hour after the time and it was no pressure on us . So it's perfect return on investment for excellent family vacation :) I will recommend my friends this place

Property set back from main road with plenty parking. Very peaceful place with a taverna on the waterfront a short walk away. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and want you to be as comfortable as possible.
