Complete amenities - toiletries and for cooking and cleaning… Apartment is clean, sheets and towels are fresh and crisp. Easy access to gapa train station and zugspitzbahn. Lastly, 5 star view of the mountains and running stream at the backside of the apartment building.

Location, location, location! It's a 2 minute walk to two grocery stores and lots of shopping, and the views off the back porch were INCREDIBLE! We ended every day with an Aperol Spritz on the patio, watching the gondola ascend up the zugspitze. Tobias, the host, was also communicative and helpful. He recommended a walk/lake nearby as we waited for our room to be ready (we arrived two hours early) and we ended up having one of the most memorable outings of our trip.

The apartment was exceptionally spacious, super clean, well-equipped and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and lovely big wardrobes for your clothes which I usually find lacking in other holiday apartments. The location is very convenient for Garmisch town centre and the local buses.

Everyone was very supportive and helpful in enabling us to arrive at our flat safely. It was good to have the parking and the tourist already sorted for us.. Will was very friendly and helpful when he met us in the town and escorted us to the apartment. He gave very useful information about the apartment and the local amenities. The agency who deal with the letting were very helpful and friendly. Town centre is only five minutes walk away. Has a small but perfectly functional balcony overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard. The bathroom is a nice size and looks good. However the design of the floor is terrible, water from the shower goes everywhere. If it were my apartment, it would be very annoying but as a guest it is only a minor inconvenience.JohnYoung couple
