The external shutters at the windows and doors are easily controlled via switches. Staff were friendly too. Location is convenient as it's just a minute away from the Höschgasse tram station.

I got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for me and my mom. It was spacious with all the necessary amenities available. You can also cook in the kitchen, with a stove and a fridge. It is also very near the metro station, making the central area of Zurich very accessible.
