I stayed twice in this property. The first time for 1 week. The second time for nearly 2 weeks. It is a small apartment, with all basic kitchen utensils, a nice bathroom and a nice bed. It has an excellent location, in the centre of Garching, 1 minute from the supermarket, metro station, restaurants, bakeries. I highly recommend it. I had a small issue in the night I arrived -- the plugs in the kitchen were not working (a fuse down) so I could not cook, there was no power in the fridge. I called the assistance, but they could not get someone to check the fuse box, as it was Sunday night. I spoke to the cleaning staff the next morning and they quickly solved the issue. Everything else was very smooth during my stay.

Room was very clean and had a balcony, small kitchen with fridge and microwave (due to our short stay, we did not use it but would be useful for others staying longer). Towels, Shower gel and shampoo were abundant. Places where we needed to visit were easily reachable by car. Parking was provided with extra 5€ (bigger vehicles must carefully park).

Very clean apartment. Nice little kitchen, well equipped (even a little dishwasher). Selection of coffee and tea. Because parking is not yet done, we weren't charged. Very close to the bus station.

Great place to stop. Clean, cozy and has everything you need to prepare breakfast or a light dinner. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a coffee machine

No breakfast but I was able to cook what I wanted to eat. Once I got the ingredients from the nearby supermarket.

The room was very clean, the reception and housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. A big plus is that there is a washing machine and a dryer in the facility.

Equipped with a small kitchen. The staff allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot for a few hours after our check out.
