No breakfast included but tea and coffee in room Room was lovely and very very clean In the centre of town and the atmosphere with the christmas market was fantastic Parking you must pay for underground parking which costs around 16 Euro per day Check in on line was a little difficult but the phone staff helped me along with that Thank you also to cleaning staff who were very nice and provided us with extra tea and coffee

The host were amazing! It is a shame that I can't remember their names yet they all were super helpful, our luggage was lost by the airline which in turn made us come very late. The host at the counter was so nice and helpful they offer a lot of suggestion on where to go and be to get replacement clothes, toiletries and the necessary things to move forward in our vacation. They received us super late with a big smile. The room was amazingly comfortable, the bed was soft and nice. everything was super clean and really inviting. We will be coming back and we will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family coming to Germany.

I loved the view from the apartment! The place had everything I needed. It was in a great location, walking distance to the city center and very close to the highways for my trips to different sightseeing locations. The food market was close by as well. Checking in and out was easy and convenient by using the key lock. The hosts were very responsive when I needed help.

Very comfortable studio apartment with kitchenette, bathroom, big room with tv, comfortable bed and a terrace with a unique and inspiring view, easy check-in and checkout, very well located and close to the Augsburg Hbf.
