Located 3 miles from the Reno Sparks Convention Center, this hotel offers a restaurant. Free parking for cars, trucks and RVs is provided. Staff was extremely friendly, from the front desk to the waitress to maintenance. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. We were able to check in way ahead of time, maintenance helped us with cleaning supplies, as we made quite a mess coming back from Burning Man. However, they assured us that they don't mind. The waitress and waiter who ran the bar alone were stellar. Considering that the hotel was severely understaffed, the spirit and motivation of staff were extraordinary.

This hotel serves a daily continental breakfast. All guest rooms include free WiFi. An outdoor pool is available. I have bad hips and usually have problems walking the morning after I stay in a hotel. The beds are usually too hard and I don't sleep well. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The beds are softer but not too soft. I get a good rest and have no problems the next morning. Great bed, clean and easy to get to the room. This is our go to hotel!

Featuring a fitness centre, this Reno hotel provides a free airport shuttle to Reno-Tahoe International Airport, just 5 minutes’ drive away. Skiing at Diamond Peak Ski Resort is 30 miles away. Really close to the airport which was great, and food/petrol etc close by. We checked in really late as our flight was delayed so much, but the staff were very accommodating and our (very large!) room was comfy, quiet, and great.

We really didn't get to spend much time at the hotel but everything from our shuttle ride from the airport and to the airport after checkout was excellent their customer service from all employees was exceptional

Everything was awesome. It's a very modern building with excellent amenities (the gym is one of the better condo gyms I've seen, and there's an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well, along with game rooms). Check-in was seamless, and if we did run into any questions or concerns, their support team is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is top as well, right off Virginia.
