Nüwa is part of the City of Dreams in Macau's Cotai Strip, a large holiday complex with a casino and a large shopping arcade. Personalized, attentive service from all the staff from the moment we stepped into the reception until we checked out to head back to HK. Staff were always ready to answer questions, help us out figure out our itinerary, call taxis for us, carry our bags. Before we slept, Arvin made sure that our beds and room, down to tiny details were perfect and smelling oh so good! Joseph and Rose were always ready to answer our questions and were proactive in meeting our needs. Leo, Daniel and Joseph made sure the hotel felt like home to us by greeting us with ready smiles and bidding us goodbye before we left. This is a hotel that will definitely feel like home to me and my family!

Grand Hyatt Macau stojí jen 5 minut autem od letiště v Macau a nabízí prostorné pokoje, venkovní bazén i nonstop fitness centrum. Má lázně a bezplatné Wi-Fi. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to shops, casinos and restaurants. Some are attached to the hotel so it is very convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal as always and the ground floor cafe special meals of the day were amazing and excellent value for money. Upon checking in we got an upgrade to a suite where we could watch the fountain show. All staff were friendly and kind. The pool looked great however we didn't use it as it was a bit cold and miserable weather. We will be coming back for sure.

Hotel was very nice and clean ! located in a prime spot (the londoner) that interconnected with other hotel and shoppes in Macao Cotai. Need to mention about the service, service was exceptional especially Felix (Butler), thankyou so much St Regis Macao team that has made our stay became memorable !

Located within The Londoner Macao on the Cotai Strip, Conrad Macao features luxurious rooms with pool or city views. It offers 4 food and beverage options, a gym and a spa. Although the hotel was more than 10 years old, it is very well maintained. We were welcome by a very heart-warming and patient front desk staff. We booked a standard suite but the hotel upgraded us to a King suite with excellent internal decor. Housekeeping staff were also very diligent in making our room and attentive to our requests.

Towering over the Cotai Strip, the 5-star Sheraton Grand Macao boasts 3 outdoor pools, pampering spa treatments and a 24-hour fitness centre. very cool and comfy. good place nice beds, provided with needs, nice warm and approachable staff. A wonderful view outside the window. the faculties were high quality and liveable/useable. Outside the hotel room itself, the other places were fun to explore and experience, and all the staff were enjoyable to interact with.
