I was really impressed that I was assigned a room on the top floor of the hotel that can partially view the 釧路大漁どんぱく花火大会. I didn't realize what the event was initially.

Just a 2-minute walk from JR Kushiro Train Station, Crown Hills features a public bath and 10th-floor restaurant. The tidy rooms include a satellite flat-screen TV and free broadband internet. Breakfast was varied and good, and could be eaten while watching a wide view across the town. There was a great restaurant/izakaya around the corner almost. Room was clean and good.
