Right in front of the airport shuttle train station, we stayed here on the last day in Paris because we had early flight to catch, it saved us lots of time. After a stressful trip with many flight cancellations and delays, I had to overnight at CDG and I booked citizenM and it was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. At checkin, I met Brian from Canada who was so kind, human and empathetic and his customer service skills went above and beyond, please recognize what a stellar employee he is. The rooms were amazing, with an iPad to change the mood, with lights and music. The beds were so comfy and they have blackout blinds and curtains so the room turned pitch black for sleeping. I really recommend this hotel and without any hesitation, I would go back.
