The lady that ran the place went out of her way for me! She came and asked if there was anything I needed before she left, like some food or anything. She also bid me a fond farewell! Raquel and Diego were extremely helpful in arranging our stay and helping us find alternative accommodations after our emergency room visit. We were in a desperate situation and the staff really helped us.

I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best
