The lady that ran the place went out of her way for me! She came and asked if there was anything I needed before she left, like some food or anything. She also bid me a fond farewell! I would definitly stay there again!!!

Located 10 km from Santiago de Compostela, this hotel is situated along the famous pilgrimage route and there is a playground for the kids in the hotels garden. Raquel and Diego were extremely helpful in arranging our stay and helping us find alternative accommodations after our emergency room visit. We were in a desperate situation and the staff really helped us.

Jessica who checked us in and waited on us for dinner was the absolute best. My bag which I had transported did not arrive. I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best
