Situated just a 4-minute drive from Mount Isa Airport, Abacus Motel offers free WiFi, a licensed restaurant, guest laundry and covered parking directly outside the guest rooms. We honestly were blown away by all the little touches in the property which helped make our stay so enjoyable. down to the car window wash outside all rooms after driving for hours we badly needed it! the takeaway cups were super handy for our coffee to go at 4am the next morning. the private courtyard at the back of the room was probably the best idea I’ve ever seen for a motel when you have a dog with you it made staying so stress free just to be able to let him out without having to actually leave your room but not worry about him getting away somehow :)

Accommodation @ Isa provides accommodation 1 km from the Mount Isa Town Centre and 5 km from Mount Isa Airport. owner is Aussie n Filipino, they are so cute and funny. all facilities are so clean and nice, it’s so comfortable to stay there. Allen is so nice and helpful, introducing the room and remind us about the things need to be careful abt Roadtrip!

It was clean and tidy and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful around our constantly changing circumstances. Having the pub and restaurant on site was awesome. We had a couple of good nights with friendly locals in the pub and some lovely meals at the restaurant.
