The room was big and everything was new and clean. Breakfast was great-the Mickey Mouse pancakes were a treat. The pool area was nice and the sport areas. We got an early check in and a late check out. We could walk from the hotel to a nice area with stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast and afternoon snacks were very good. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, very close to Universal and several fast food restaurants. The assistant manager (Philipp) was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything.
