The view of Como mountains and the central location. This is a new construction with updated and current appliances. The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are very high and has nice new large windows. Host has provided all cleaning materials for the kitchen and bathroom fully supplied with soap and shampoo and a nice bowl of chocolates next to the bed was a very special treat.

Spacious and comfortable , extremely clean. Towels and bed linen very good quality . Luxurious Bath robes ! Kitchen was very well stocked with all utensils and cooking equipment. Gorgeous coffee supplied too .

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean, very well furnished and has everything you need. The apartment is located a little outside the city center, but good to reach by foot (20-30 min walk) and also by bus. For us, the walk was more pleasure than burden, because it leads through a residential area of Como, which we otherwise would not have visited.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Como area. The location is also very practical and convenient to explore the other towns with a car. The service was great from the moment we walked in and it’s nothing short of a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing and we had the BEST Milanese risotto there. The spa is also wonderful with very good massage! Truly luxurious place to stay. Will be back!

Barbara ist the best! She was always easy to reach, answered all of our questions. She saved us with the rain coats, we could store our luggage and she even came to the train station to help us out when all of the trains got cancelled. Thank you very much for that ❤️ the location is very good and there is everything you need! We felt very good and safe :)

Nice, we really enjoyed the view. All was very clean. The breakfast was good, you will find everything you want, also they make you eggs or omelette there if you want.
