When we had an issue with the TV remote, Jackie to the rescue! she not only knew how to remedy the situation, she gave clear and detailed instructions if the situation was to arise again. she was pleasant and very helpful.

Beds are not new in an updated room.
Beds are not new in an updated room. Porn in a family friendly hotel is unacceptable. Front desk staff unwilling to accommodate a change in bed preference because reservation was sought thru Booking.com, so when I approached Booking.com for some resolution your website said to contact them? The hotel wanted to sell me a second room for an extra bed over.the $354 I already paid.

Wouldn't change a thing what a perfect family place to stay with breakfast 🥞! Place is walking distance to beach it was very clean staff was exceptional pool n hot tube were a plus love it I highly recommend

Ocean Shores is a busy tourist and family recreation area in summer. Famous for kite flying, horseback riding and go karts. But in winter it is a quiet place with a small town feel. I was typically the only person on the beach. There are all kinds of restaurants. Thian's Thai Fusion is the best healthy food for an amazing price. Authentic Thai chef. Shrimp Spring Rolls and Chef Specials are delicious. Everything in Ocean Shores is a short walk from all hotels. Gray's Harbor Transit serves all locations in Ocean Shores if you'd rather ride the free bus.BethUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

The stay of course would like to stay longer . All the staff went beyond to make sure our stay at the Polynesian was good . Sarah at front desk was so helpful amazing customer service. Thanks again can't wait to return .

Ocean shores is a wonderful destination for the family.
Ocean shores is a wonderful destination for the family. My family and I usually stay North of Ocean Shores in Copalis. It’s quieter there and we drive to the beach and into Ocean Shores. I recommend a 2-3 night stay!

The rooms were very small but it sufficed for what we needed. We used the sofa bed and the kids said it was comfortable. They thought the sheets were damp but it was just the humidity from being on the coast. The sleeping areas and the bathroom was clean. The food at Emily's Restaurant inside the Resort is Outstanding. Fish and Chip, not your typical Cold, but a well prepared Halibut (4 good sized pieces). Steak cooked to med-rare perfection. The convenience of having such good food without having to leave the resort is Awesome!
