Hall in Tirol is a large Village Small Town 22km from Innsbruck. It consists of the Old town surrounded by New Build in the oldstyle which mixes very well. The local people are extremely and helpful to visitors. Public transport between other villages and Innsbruck is excellent and frequent and you can obtain from the Tourist Information centre a 3 5 or 7 day City pass.which gives you not only free regional transport but free access to museums and other such places of interest but also a free ride on two cable cars.
The Nordketter and the Pachekofel.
Which was only replaced some 10yrs
ago. There is so much to see and do in the region that I could spend all night. Enough for now.

Lovely old town with medieval buildings, town square with public water cisterns. Elegant shops, varied restaurants and friendly clubs. The steep hills are a bit of a challenge coming down if there is snow on the ground.

Hall in Tirol is very near to Innsbruck, so if you search a value for money hotel this is one of the best. The hotel offers a typical but expensive breakfast, but in few steps you can find a Backerai that can be a good option. The same place have asian food to go.

Hall in Tirol has a nice small town feel and it also is only a short distance to Innsbruck for additional activities. Hall in Tirol has quaint old town, some beautiful churches, lots of food choices and is small enough to walk most places. Great mountain backdrop.
This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Gothic Room which is large and very quiet, although it faces a larger main street. Although it wasn't an issue for us and should not deter you, note that the bathroom is an added feature to the room, so it has a little bit less privacy than a traditional hotel bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly, the room was extremely clean, beautiful and well-appointed. I also want to add that Ursula is the one to ask for anything you need. She is amazing!
We loved the view from the hotel. The hotel also offers a good variety of saunas. (60 degrees, 90 degrees, infrared and a steambath). Very dog friendly hotel and the hotel even have its own little dog. The breakfast offer a good variety of eggs, bacon sausage, fruit, vegetables, tasty croissant, bread and yogurt / milk with different cereal. The coffee was very good! If you bring a dog they charge 12 euro pr night.
The owner/host was wonderful – very welcoming! She provided a history of the area and a map/suggestions of things to see on our short overnight stop. The hotel is very easy to get to from the highway, and a very easy walk into town. I loved the artwork around the hotel, and the view from our balcony was very pretty. They were willing to do a load of laundry for us before we left, which was very helpful.
We have stayed at HWest before. This time it was just a stop off break on the way back home from Italy to Germany. The hotel is conveniently placed just off the main road but no noise from traffic in the rooms.
The staff are very nice and helpful, but you should note the reception does close at night. Room was clean and tidy with a small bottle of water included for the two of us.
The location was incredible; just outside of Innsbruck and next to the medieval town of Hall, with a view of the towering Alps. The hotel garden was fabulous, with seating under the trees and a big lawn with giant sculptures and a playground for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food at the hotel was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Basic hotel located in quiet part of the city near the historical core.
There are plenty of restarurants, bistros and cafes nearby.
The rooms are soundproofed, WiFi is fast. Room equipment is basic, without mini-bar, but still comfortable enough.
Check-in and check-out was without issues. The staff is kind and professional.
The breakfasts were rich and delicious.
Easy to find, charming small hotel run by a very welcoming 5th generation family. Very large, modern bathrooms. Our room faced the river and was quiet. Beds super comfy. Modern art filled the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great recommendations on local sites and restaurants.
Ursula was so nice to us. The first night, we stayed in the Gothic room. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in at any price. The story of the building and the owners is wonderful.
Large room on the last floor.
Great continental breakfast with all you could look for.
Easy parking in front of the hotel.
Calm area.
Good place for cycling around Innsbruck.
Beautiful boutique hotel with all comfort provided. A warm welcome and the owner is always happy to help with anything you need.Fabulous breakfast - delicious local produce.
