Heringsdorf is a very nice vacation town close to the Baltic sea. Using a car is easy and convenient. The walks around the beach are wonderful, you can as well swim there. The local architecture is very cozy. I would recommend trips to places around.

The fact that it was closed and that that was a really unwelcomed surprise didn't seem to bother the staff. I had paid, they got the money so no problem if the guest is unhappy. They do offer an alternative but you have to leave the hotel and cross the street and that place is neither cosy nor classy. I wouldn't go back.AAnonymousGermany

We walked down to the beach, just a couple of minutes walk away, to see the sunrise this morning before breakfast. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was fabulous. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony and pretty much everything we could want. Above all, the staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. I loved our time here, it was such a relaxing break.

The breakfast was also delicious! As a final observation, the other guests that stayed here were quite a bit older. We were the youngest couple at 30. Not a bad thing of course! Seems like the Hotel has maintained a great relationship with past guests that they keep coming back. I know I would!

We hired bikes for 2 days and had great rides in the countryside and along the coast breakfast is good and evening meals are excellent. We had a lovely time and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel.
