The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortably furnished. It was also very clean except for some mildew at the bottom edge of the shower stall. Breakfast was very good for an American chain hotel.

Greenville is ok, several good restaurants and shopping centers. Sadly some areas are a bit sketchy, but most everyone was nice. One thing that’s not so good is it’s not well kept.. random garbage just lying around the whole area :. The parks, shopping centers .. even the inside of some stores just were unkept. Should have a clean up ordinance in place or hefty littering fines! No excuse for trashing the place!

The city is not a turistic place actually.
The city is not a turistic place actually. There was nothing to do much. My visit was obligatory, I stayed there for 8 days, and could do nothing. I got bored. One day I drove for 1,5 hours for a beach in the ocean, and again 1,5 hours to come back. It was the only the exciting thing I could do, but it is far. One day I visisted teh River North park, where I could just walked only. In the city, I stayed between 2-8 Agust, it was just the time that the ECU univercity was on vacation, so the city was so empty. When students arrive and the univercity starts, probably the city gets more exciment and energy .

Was there for ECU graduation and family gathering.
Was there for ECU graduation and family gathering. Good college town but I'd only go there if family member was a student there. That the Super 8 hotel we stayed at was disgustingly filthy detracted from our visit.

The location was a little unnerving.
The location was a little unnerving. It is located beside an empty lot and there appeared to be nothing but a wooded area in the back. I parked in the back close to my room but was uncomfortable doing so. There were no other buildings or people nearby. The grounds are well lighted, the rooms are neat and clean. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated - nice job! Breakfast was nice. The staff was very nice,

I was in Greenville because my husband was in the hospital., due to having surgery the previous day.
I wanted to be close in case there was any problems. So this was very close to the hospital...actually.0.8 miles away.
Very clean and close to the University. My daughter was having a White Coat Ceremony for her Audiology Graduate Program. I had flown in from out of town and needed to check in early for a 3pm Ceremony. I was driving from Raleigh and the Hotel knew I was needing a room to get ready so I could be at her ceremony on time. As soon as I arrived in Greenville they said to call and it was ready within 10 mins. It was very clean and quiet despite a huge baseball game going on that same weekend. The staff was very accommodating.
The hotel was was clean. It didn’t have a funny smell, the queen bed looked to be a twin. Breakfast? Cereal, oatmeal and waffle but you get what you pay for. When I checked in the lady was really nice, helpful. The other lady that took over I felt was a little rude. Her answers were short wasn’t friendly and on her phone when asked her questions. Over all it was an okay stay
The breakfast was typical of most of the better hotels: self-service with a variety of cereals, waffles, breakfast meats, juices, a variety of coffees and in this instance, fine danish. What made it especially fine was the staff: friendly, helpful, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring that items were replenished as needed.
I loved the new look and cleanness overall compared how the hotel use to be. the floors and bed was comfortable to sleep. the bathtub was nice and deep for my bathe and was surprised to see it was a jacuzzi I could have used but didn't have the time to try it out next time. like next week with my return.
Not much, other than the travel time to the whole reason I came to Greenville. Cleanliness wasn't a plus, very loud neighbors. At one point there was a woman standing outside of my door on the phone literally screaming about how she was outside and someone started shooting towards her face.
The breakfast consisted of make your own waffles, cereal, bananas, yogurt, oj, coffee and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. I liked that the hotel rooms were on the outside of the building so there were no hallways to walk through. I also liked there was no carpet in the room.
This hotel was DISGUSTING! The sheets and blankets were stained and dirty. The floor was sticky and the molding was all coming off. The lamp shades all had stains or dirt on them. The windows were filthy.
The outside of the hotel was just gross.
The room was very nice. King size bed that slept so good! Plenty of counter spaces for work. The location of the hotel was so close to so many amenities (shopping, restaurants, etc). I will stay there again!
Very clean and quiet. Staff was polite, friendly and professional. Was in Greenville for an ECU open house. Hotel is 7 minutes from the school. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Great location.
