We booked a suite so we had more room. We also had a small balcony, which was nice. Would have been nicer on a higher floor as all balconies overlooked the car park.
Lovely bright pool area.
Convenient place to stay for visiting the Kennedy Space Centre, which is why we booked here, not knowing it was Memorial Day weekend.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with our room. Very large television, newly renovated, super clean! Well managed facility. We saw the manager actively involved the 2 days we were there. Staff was super friendly and conscientious towards their duties. Breakfast was delicious and again well staffed. The location was perfect for finding meals and a grocery store right across the street. Can't say enough great things....we had a wonderful time here.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise so if you are trying to plan the same type of stay here is some info I think will be useful. We took an Uber to the hotel from MCO ( $68 and took maybe 40 min). The hotel provides a shuttle to your cruise port ( $15/ person). There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. From fast food to “nice” restaurants, you won’t have a problem walking to get food. There is also a grocery store that’s an easy walk from the hotel ( maybe 6-7 minutes )for things you may have forgotten for your cruise. The beach is also an easy walk away ( maybe two blocks). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. While it’s not new and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a new hotel, as a place to rest and get organized the night before your cruise it is an absolute no brainer for the price and location. If I were coming to cocoa beach for a week this is the first place I would try to stay because of what you get for the money.

A beach town that makes you wanna soak up the sun and surf some waves. Many interesting restaurants and amenities with friendly staff. I loved the beachy relax vibe. Also, it appeared to be dog friendly; wished I knew this to bring my pup! We loved "Salty Sisters bar and grill", we enjoyed both the food and the ambiance; very laid back. Getting around was easy but you do need to have a car for transportation. Definetely bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock! We did the Bioluminescent kayaking and should've done more research about best locations and time for these, we did not see many comb jelly glow and worse I developed an allergic dermatitis to something in the water. Lastly, we visited the "Kennedy Space Center" and one day was enough to see the facilities (though I am not a space enthusiast).

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is an older and unkept facility. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed sunk low and was in need of a new mattress. Old furniture and furnishings in the room. Lamp wasn't working and tv remotes with no back to hold batteries. They had to be replaced.
See pictures below.

Cocoa Beach is a laid back surfer town and is close to Port Canaveral. We stayed here the day before our cruise departure. There are a lot of good restaurants and there is a Winn-Dixie and Publix. The beach is nice and clean.

I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful.
I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful. We stayed because it was a short drive to the port. Will not stay again. We had dinner at IHOP, it was not that great. After check-out, we had breakfast at McDonald's. It was as expected. We didn't visit any lical sites.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices, front desk staff was friendly and super helpful, pool was great with lazy river - plenty of chairs AND umbrellas (most hotels don't have enough umbrellas at pool), nice selection of snacks and drinks at pool bar, really nice that they had complementary beach chairs, umbrellas AND carts for trips to the beach. Great location - one block from beach, and one block from gigantic RonJon surf shop - a must-see when you visit cocoa beach! This hotel has a cool boutique hotel vibe not like the big chains.
The location is close to the main road into Cocoa Beach, and it is just a few miles from the cruise port. It is also close to bus stops, beach and store. The owner of the property was accessible at all times and were very communitive. I was able to reach them via text and email. The beach house has lots of room with a full kitchen, living area with a large TV, 2 bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom. Also, has a screened in porch with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, a dishwasher and pots and pans.
Arriving to Beach Place after 2 weeks of regular hotels was a true delight -- direcly on the beach, zen.yoga like atmosphere, hamocks and gazebo scattered in a quiet tree-covered gardens -- paradise. No tall buildings nor boom boom music, just simple, quiet, natural, cozy on a beautiful beach. And with all the convenience you need -- beach toys, BBQ tools, beach shower, etc. perfect
The lady who checked us in was so nice and welcoming. She had lots of information about the area and offered it up without being asked. I love that! The hotel has a nice, quiet walking path right to the beach, and we saw a tortoise on our way to the beach one morning. The pool is heated, but not too hot. We really liked the breakfast and 24-hour coffee bar also.
The host, Kirk is extremely accommodating, suggesting where to eat and, the beach location, even left us a note to catch a launch. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all that Cocoa Beach town can offer; the kitchen is very well stocked, and beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available as well.
Thank you, Kirk!
The hotel is close to everything, shopping, the beach, restaurants. Staff was outstanding. Had a suite and it was nice to have 2 separate rooms. They don't have a pool, but they have a "sister " hotel just about a block away that you can swim at. It needs updating, but it was a good place to stay.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see and do. The property was very clean, stocked well with necessities, and even the bed and pillows were comfortable. If we return to Cocoa Beach, we will return to this location.
The incredible situation : our room was literally on the beach !
The kindness of our hosts.
A relaxing place, a little old fashioned, but charming , very clean and so much more human than any large resort. I do recommend this place if you are the area of Cocoa Beach.
This motel is the home of the original 7 astronauts. Very cool coincidence after spending a day at the Kennedy Space Center. Great location within Cocoa Beach, however walkability in the area is limited. Ample car parking available.
love the location, right on the beach, and the ‘quaintness’ of the place. We also met a couple of the other guests staying at the time and had a fun evening with them. Learning to surf nearby was great fun
honestly such a great find - I loved the location , it’s a little drive to cocoa beach but actually the private beach is so much nicer. the room was so clean and they let us check in early
Location- right on the beach, but in a quiet area, not crowded and noisy like closer to downtown or the pier, but still close enough to drive there. Room was very clean.
Eunice was a great host. The place is in a great location and the best bang for your buck. We visit cocoa beach often and will definitely be booking with Eunice again.
