The bedroom door was coming off its hinges. It took forever to get hot water.

It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beds were comfortable.

My trip was very last minute and I had my family puppy with me. My wife and kids were already staying elsewhere on the Island and she found me the property. After I booked it, my wife walked over there and send me some pics wanting me to cancel my reservation. After the proprietor called me, I decided not to. I’m sure improvements will continue to be made but the outside grounds and inside courtyard grounds are not attractive. I may have used my money on landscaping and screening the other building next door as opposed to an above ground pool, which forgive me, seemed a little tacky. Also the torn indoor couch sitting on the screened in porch reminded me of college. Inside the apartment, the interior doors and trim and some walls need attention, which I’m sure they will get. I’m wondering why the main rug was left with stains and worn marks. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as well. seemed like a transient hotel just a few hundred feet away, lots homeless people in the city parks and the scent of pot could be smelled often. But then there were nice streets and areas as well so who knows.

I was in apartment #1. It was very comfortable and had been redone at some point recently. For the price, the apartment was very nice. The kitchen was and bathroom and floors were updated with two king size beds in the two bedrooms and a great, large tv. My bed was very comfy and the a/c was terrific during my hot stay.

it was not very clean, we had to wash the dishes before using them. also, i haven’t been given any information about a wi-fi access…. that was something we would have liked to have! Also the tub outside was un-usable because it was very dirty.. that would have been something very cool to have!

Was supposed to have 3 beds. 2 in one toom and 1 in the other when questioned the house cleaner bought a blow up bed that didn't even stay inflated. Also was not told about a pet fee before arrival but the host sent a text to send her $50 on cash app for pet fee

Everything was filthy. Rugs visibly dirty, furniture dirty, really bad smell. Really dirty air conditioner filter. The host said they would send someone to resolve the issue but never responded again when asked what time and never sent anyone. We are in out 70s and have respiratory issues. We had to purchase febreeze plugins and candles for mask the smell.

The other tenants are rude, which I don't fault the place for. I stayed for 3 weeks and encountered a few different groups coming and going. One group tried to just come on in to my apartment. Knocking once and then just trying to come in like it was their place. It was scary since I was abandoned by my mom at the place, so I was alone with my 2 year old, and I'm pregnant. Then, a few nights later, at 10:30 at night, another group banged on my door, then stole my personal belongings off the screened in porch. Again, I don't fault the place for rude people.

Overall, this place is great. It's clean and comfortable. It's a 4 min walk to the beach, 3 mins to some great restaurants, beach shops, and delicious ice cream. It has a pool and outdoor seating with a grill, which is great for relaxing at the place. The surrounding area is nice, although admittedly, if you're expecting the Ritz-Carlton, then go across the street and stay at the Ritz-Carlton. This is not the ritz. But it is nice, comfortable, clean, and relaxing.

the unit was not the unit in the pictures. the couch was very dirty. the TV is very hard to work. you need to put mirrors and tv in the bedrooms. the garden yard area needs tlc
