Newly renovated and very close to the airport. We only stayed one night because we had an early flight and for that purpose and that price it was exactly what we needed.

Breakfast - no milk for the cereal. Banana was tasteless. The advertised shuttle was not available so I paid a taxi $30 for a drive around the terminal to get to the hotel which is less than 5 minutes away and with no luggage except for a carry-on bag.

No elevators, if you are given a room on the 2nd floor. The lobby floor was sticky dirty. The listing says terrace with a garden view. This is incorrect. My view was of the roof. The room had a lot of bugs flying around during the night. They initially gave me a room on the 2nd floor but since it's a walk-up, and it will be a challenge for me, I ask to changed the room, then I was shown a room on the first floor that had 3feet wide shower and lastly the room on the 2nd floor that had the tub and the view of the leaves covering the window. There was a very large stain on my sheets that i only discovered the next day. The paint on the tub was peeling off. This listing is disappointing. The only good thing about this listing is that it is very close to MIA. This property can improve!

The coach roaches were huge and I woke up with 3 in my room and one on my face. I got out of there immediately

Mentioning that breakfast is included is not true. Only a coffee is offered, and no tables/chairs are available. Extremely disappointed. Don’t rent this hotel thinking that you’re gonna have breakfast. Other point is the bathroom. Very small, although clean.

Everything great location near the airport . I am handicapped but that didn’t let me not enjoy my visit to Miami the staff was very prompt to help specially the lady from the dinning room she made my meal every morning and was always helpful couldn’t do it without her . I wish were more people like that in this planet . Aldo I forgot items in my room and were safe secured until a friend retrieved them later . So happy I chose this hotel and I will be back always to the same one and I will recommend it to many of my relatives and friends when they visit the area .

Please don’t book these hotel through booking.com as they don’t seem to have any control over the booking. I wrote a message and they did not even bother to respond. We as travelers are in a very difficult position when we don’t get responses from the host

People tried to enter into my room TWICE. The first time at 1:30 AM and at 8 the next morning. That's unacceptable. The staff is rude and unhelpful.I booked that place to be near the airport (it's right in front), and it still cost me $17 in taxi. The place has no elevators. Breakfast is coffee, juice, and bagels. Nothing else. For that price, go somewhere else.

They have no lift for rooms upstairs. Narrow stairs to take luggage up. Air conditioning was very noisy. Breakfast was in a small room with only 2 tables and if the hotel is busy you can not get a seat.
