The hotel is in need of HEAVY renovation. Like, closed down for a year renovation.

Well, it was CLOSE to the airport skybridge. Maybe 1 block.

The hotel is not new. It is without any extras that sometime you have in hotels. The room even after cleaning has a strange smell. The bathroom and toilet are small... and can't really be cleaned (even they are cleaned). It would be nice to update the furniture and accessories in the room. The refrigerator is very noisy. I’m not sure that if I stayed there overnight, I would be able to sleep with the noise it makes. It's more like a motel than a hotel

Well... I trying to find a hotel for about 5-6 hours. Just to have a place to rest before flights, because this hotel is near the Settle Tacoma airport. And not so expensive. So for this is was chosen. I don't think the hotel is suitable for enjoying a holiday in Seattle. The front desk men is very helpful. It is free shuttle for/from airport.

When I arrive after a very long trip my expectations of where I am staying was not met at all The bed was comfortable , room size decent , location good Was in need of decorating too

The toiletries, towels, and garbage were not replaced during our entire week stay. The chairs in the room were filthy. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. One side of the bed didn't have an outlet because it was taken up by the microwave and freezer burnt fridge.

Price was definitely you got what you paid for, cheap. Walking distance of public transportation and SEATAC.

I was able to check in and check out without any trouble. The place was decent for a night's stay. It was nice that they were willing to store my luggage as I toured Seattle for some little time before my flight. the location is fantastic.

Walls and some woodwork could have been better painted. An appliance, blow drier was not in good condition, was held together with packing tape. Had to ask for room cleaning and replacement of used towels and bed linens.

Room was clean, bed was a little firmer than my own but comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room both worked well. Shower had plenty of hot water. Television had good selection of channels including some premium channels. In room heating amd cooling .

If you juat need a room to sleep or tight budget this is it. No special accomodations here. I nothing special but it was quiet. Old hotel but suited me well. The staff was very nice. For a quick stay and affordable.

Very outdated, no coffee in the room, coffee in the lobby was burnt. First and second day house keeping left everything in the hallway, entry door lock didn’t work.

I called four times from the phone at the Airport #19. I ended up taking a cap, which was very expensiv and I would have liked the reception to have taken my call when I arrived

The $100 deposit for potential room damage is irritating since it isn't communicated before booking. It takes nearly a week to be refunded.
