For the rates charged, the rooms are small and the toilet is very small.

It is a lovely hotel and very good location as well.

Wauw what a beautiful hotel! Very classic. The service with storing the luggage earlier than check-in was such an enormous plus. Especially because my husband was returning the RV and I was on my own with 2 kids and all the luggage. Perfect. Also arranging a cab at the hotel to the airport was super convenient, around $65/70 dollars. The swimmingpool was nice with all clean towels, incl sauna. Water is a bit cold tough. Only thing is that it’s not thé best neighbourhood. Staff was very kind, thank you for the stay!

No glasses in the room. Drinking from small plastic tumblers is not synonymous with the overall quality of the hotel.

Needs maintenance badly. The windows are filthy - don’t open the curtains. Depending on what room you have the HVAC and fans can be really noisy and clunky.

Beautiful building with lots of glamour and history.

We wished there was room service available!

We loved staying at the Biltmore for a recent special event. It provided us with a staycation and a "home away from home" to get ready for our big night.

No grab rail to get in/out of Bath 3 guests in room but only one seat apart from desk chair Doorman obtained taxi was a rip off which was 70$ on outbound journey compared to return journey where we sorted our own taxi which was $36 with much worse traffic. This reflects on your hotel

The view could have been better, and I wonder if there are options to select the room or know what it looks like- I was cool with the columns above the bed,,,Felt like an Emperor for a minute hiding somewhere in his palace and waiting to come out and greet his citizens- Oh yeah, parking could be cheaper, help out a little or offer incentives because parking is a drag

Me and my partner-in-crime enjoyed our stay,,Phone in room was hard to use (tried using a few times but it just wasn't happening) I like the hotel and the fact that Mad Men has some connected history to the Biltmore...

The bathroom fixtures are outdated and the finish chipped and fading . No room service. The immediate street environment feels unsafe and dingy . Better security needed and room keys should be floor specific to stop potential criminals from accessing every floor

The air vent in our room had a bit of mold, carpet needs a deep cleaning or replacement, the heat/ventilation unit was very noisy, the toilet had a tricky handle that you had to push down with force before it will flush.

The location of the hotel in downtown LA was good. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The public areas in the hotel are beautiful.

The beds were small. Said could accommodate 4 people, but would say more like 2 comfortably or 4 pretty squished. felt smaller then a double for each bed and wasn't enough floor space to fit a cot. And cocktail bar was pricy for the low quality drinks.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Lots of history and is nice to walk around and look at all the old photos and architecture. if your a movie buff or true crime buff its a pretty cool place to stay.
